Never really got why Bedrock’s folder structure would…

Never really got why Bedrock’s (https://roots.io/bedrock/) folder structure would be so much better than WordPress’, especially with certain—badly coded, true—plugins still incompatible. I can see, however, why you’d want one main composer.json rather than, well, whatever.

    Nicer-looking folder structure, yes. But still nowhere near, let's say, Laravel's.

    @janboddez as far as I know, that’s the main draw. In the end you’re still mucking about with WordPress, so I’ll pass, anyway. ?

    @doenietzomoeilijk Hehe, exactly. Mind you, I still use WordPress, and the things it does it generally does well, but why try to dress it up as a modern framework when it obviously isn't?
